RETURNS
Sure, no problem! Whether it’s not quite what you’re looking for or you’ve ordered multiple colors to try out, you can return your ROAV within 14 days of purchase. There are a few ground rules to ensure you receive a full refund:
1. The glasses must be undamaged, so no adjusted temples (ear tips) and the protective film must still be on the lenses. The glasses must also not have been worn or used. If this is not the case, it may affect the acceptance of your return or your refund.
2. Don’t forget to return the original packaging, including the included items (2 booklets, bag with extra nose pads and microfiber cloth).
3. We kindly ask you to download the return form and fill it in (clearly readable). This ensures we can process your returned ROAV faster. Print it out and add it to your return shipment.
Return shipping costs are at your own expense. Make sure to send us the track & trace code (info@roav-eyewear.com) and do not send the package with stamps. This way everything runs smoothly and you’ll get your money back quickly!
CLAIMING WARRANTY
We provide you with a 2-year warranty on manufacturing defects from the date of purchase. Is something wrong? Then send us a clear photo and a brief explanation of the problem to info@roav-eyewear.com. We’ll make sure you quickly get a new part or frame! Is your model no longer available? No worries, we’ll then offer a comparable frame. Please note: if the damage was caused by improper use or an accident, this is not covered by warranty.
These are the main points to keep in mind:
1. Never leave your glasses in the full sun on the dashboard under the windshield of your car, where the temperature can easily rise to 50 to 60 degrees.
2. Don’t sit on your glasses, this can affect the tension on the coating of the lenses and cause damage.
3. Prevent sand or other dirt from getting into the storage ‘pouch’, this can also damage the lenses.
4. Clean the lenses with the included cloth (never with paper towels).
5. Fold and unfold your glasses according to the instructions in the included booklet.
